  1. I hope you try re-listening to this episode with the ears of someone who was not spared the layoffs, or is struggling with work right now. Honestly it was quite tone-deaf by the end. Hardly any advice or encouragement other than “have an essential job” or “work for a company that won’t lay you off”. You were patting yourselves on the back at the end but I really hope you reconsider.
